This policy covers the Braillia public marketing website at braillia.com. It includes public contact and workflow review paths, and the collection and use of mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and mobile opt-in information for the document-link SMS program described below. It does not describe the full Braillia Portal, customer document processing, or signed customer agreements; those services may be governed by additional agreements and notices.

Product pilots, customer document processing, organization delivery, and browser-based product use may be governed by separate agreements, notices, or account-specific terms.

If you submit a contact, demo, pilot, or workflow review form, Braillia may receive your name, email address, message, organization details you choose to include, Braillia need or workflow selections, and related technical submission data needed to deliver the form.

Braillia uses this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss pilots or partnerships, understand the access problem you describe, and maintain business communication records.

If you choose to use the public workflow review path, you may provide details about a document, notice, message, remediation need, delivery path, or access barrier. You may also choose to provide a sample document for assessment or pilot-discovery review.

Braillia may use workflow review information to understand where independent access breaks, evaluate whether remediation, accessible structure, secure direct delivery, QR pickup and SMS text delivery, reminders, Braillia AI, or mobile access may help, and prepare follow-up communication.

Do not submit unnecessary sensitive health, financial, legal, account, or personal information through website forms. If a pilot requires sensitive or regulated document processing, Braillia should handle that through an appropriate customer agreement, product workflow, and security review.

Public website forms are submitted through Braillia's website endpoints and communication providers so the message, review request, or pilot inquiry can be delivered to Braillia.

Braillia uses Cloudflare Turnstile on public forms to help verify submissions and reduce automated spam or abuse before accepting contact and workflow review requests.

Braillia Inc. is preparing an optional, transactional SMS program for US recipients containing links to accessible documents provided by participating organizations. Customers initiate delivery through Braillia; recipients open documents in the separate Document Access Portal. This is not a customer account-alert subscription. The program is pending activation; this notice does not mean SMS sending or keyword responses are already operational.

When the program is available, Braillia collects the recipient’s mobile phone number and records of their SMS consent choices. The number is used to address consented document-link messages, and consent records are used to administer participation and respect opt-out choices.

SMS consent must come separately from the actual recipient. Providing a phone number for a general inquiry, accepting general Terms, or having staff enter someone else’s number does not by itself enroll that person. SMS consent is optional and is not required to obtain documents or purchase services. Scanning a QR code or opening a document link does not enroll someone in SMS.

Braillia uses mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records to provide requested document-delivery messages and related support. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers process information only as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service. For SMS support, contact sms@braillia.com.

Messaging providers, including AWS End User Messaging SMS and participating carriers, process recipient mobile numbers, message content, and technical delivery information needed to transmit messages. This necessary processing is distinct from disclosure for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. Transmitting a document link does not itself give a messaging provider access to the contents of the linked document.

Mobile opt-in and consent records are used for messaging administration, related support, and respecting messaging choices. Consent and opt-out records may need to be retained to document those choices and prevent unwanted messages; opting out is not a request to erase the record needed to honor that choice.

The website uses browser local storage and first-party cookies for requested site features such as theme preference, consent choices, and local accessibility certification work on the scan report page. Braillia's embedded accessibility app is hosted by Braillia Portal and controlled through the approved-site policy for the current website.

These items are stored in your browser and are not used for advertising, cross-site tracking, or product document remediation. Public website cookies do not store customer documents.

Braillia may use PostHog analytics on the public website after a visitor enables analytics in Privacy Settings. Braillia uses this to understand page visits, navigation paths, and public website conversion activity.

Braillia configures website analytics to avoid intentional collection of form entries, customer documents, accessibility snapshot evidence, Turnstile tokens, payment details, or private product content. Session recording and automatic form/click autocapture are disabled for the public website configuration. Advertising pixels, retargeting scripts, and marketing trackers are not currently enabled.

• Respect non-essential consent categories in Privacy Settings.

Braillia uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards for website submissions. Website intake is not the same as the protected remediation, processing, delivery, or mobile access workflows that may apply inside Braillia product environments.

Braillia may retain website submissions and related business records as needed to respond, operate the website, evaluate pilots, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations.

SMS choices are separate from website Privacy Settings and general Terms acceptance. When the SMS program is activated, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can open Privacy Settings from the footer at any time to review or change non-essential consent categories. You can also clear local storage and cookies in your browser settings.
