BRAILLIA INC sends optional, transactional SMS messages containing links to accessible documents provided to recipients by participating organizations. Customers initiate delivery through Braillia’s SMS system; recipients open the linked document in the Document Access Portal. This program is not marketing, shipping notifications, OTP messaging, or customer account alerts.
The initial program is US-only and pending activation. These provisions describe participation when available; they do not claim that the pending sending number or keyword responses are operational.
By separately consenting, you agree to receive SMS document-access links from BRAILLIA INC at the mobile number you provide for documents delivered by participating organizations. Message frequency varies based on document deliveries. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not required to obtain documents or purchase services.
Your consent must be separate and affirmative. Staff entering your number alone is not consent. Digital opt-in uses a separate, initially unchecked SMS control with frequency, rates, STOP/HELP instructions, and links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. General Terms acceptance or cookie choices do not enroll you. Forms with optional SMS fields may be submitted without a phone number or SMS consent.
When the program is activated, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. For SMS support, contact sms@braillia.com. After opt-out, no further document-link messages should be sent unless you validly opt in again, apart from the final opt-out confirmation. US toll-free STOP handling is carrier-managed. Consent enforcement, STOP suppression, and HELP responses must be verified before sending begins.
Declining or stopping SMS does not prevent obtaining documents through other supported channels, such as a supplied QR code or another approved access path. Ask the providing organization for an alternative if needed. Delivery of a text does not prove that you read or understood a document.
Braillia uses mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records to provide requested document-delivery messages and related support. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers process information only as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service. For SMS support, contact sms@braillia.com.
Read the Privacy Policy for phone-number collection, SMS consent records, mobile opt-in data, and necessary messaging-provider processing.
