Follow the information, not only the file
1. Prepare
Connect the approved source, accessible structure, selected outputs, recipient policy, and delivery intent before the information is sent.
2. Connect
Deliver directly to a connected user, present the document’s QR code, or send a document-access link by SMS to the person’s phone. QR pickup and SMS links open the Braillia Portal in the browser.
3. Receive
Give the person a clear destination for documents and information they need to return to. QR pickup and SMS links open the Braillia Portal in the mobile browser; supported mobile experiences can also receive organization communication.
4. Understand and act
Use guided navigation, reading controls, document-grounded questions, reminders, and next-step support where the workflow enables them.

Evidence to confirm before launch
- Which organization and workflow own the communication
- Who may receive the information and how recipient access is established
- When direct delivery, QR pickup and SMS text delivery, or independent output use applies
- Which mobile, reading, question, reminder, and action capabilities are enabled
- How private information, support requests, retention, and organization access are governed
- Which delivery, use, support, and exception signals the organization will review
