Review the actual data path

Braillia must process readable content to remediate, structure, transform, and deliver accessible information. The review should follow the specific source, sensitivity, systems, users, outputs, and retention needs of the proposed workflow.

Data classification and movement

Identify what enters the workflow, where it is processed, which outputs are produced, where they are delivered, and which data classes are prohibited or require additional approval.

Identity and access

Review organization roles, least-privilege access, administrative boundaries, approved domains, signed access, and user delivery controls relevant to the implementation.

Protection and operations

Review TLS in transit, encryption at rest, private network and storage controls, malware safety, secrets management, monitoring, and auditability topics.

Retention and governance

Define retention expectations, deletion responsibilities, lifecycle rules, evidence needs, incident processes, and applicable organizational policies.
